OUR SEASONAL PACKAGE GUIDELINES:
1. When booking your spa package we advise calling well in advance to reserve your perfect time. Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card, prepayment or gift card.
2. Gift Cards may be purchased here on this website, in person, by phone, or fax. If fax, please ask us to send you an order form.
3. 48-hour advance notice is require to cancel or reschedule a package. If notice is less than 48-hours, 50% of the package price will be charged. If you do not show up, 100% of the package price will be charged. If we are able to fill your appointment time, you will not be billed, or charged.
4. All parts of a package we prefer to be taken on the same day.
5. Valentine/Rainy Day Pick-Me-Up Package Gift Cards are valid for their Spa packages thru April 30, 2010. After this date they are valid for the purchase price only not the discounted services. (We want your special someone to come in soon!) Regular Gift cards are good for their package value for up to six months then they becomes as good as cash in the salon or spa. After this date the gift card is worth the value of the purchase price only, not the discounted services.
